I’ve just done an upgrade from the website and it went through fine. I haven’t had an email confirmation and nothing on my EE account that states order confirmed? Can anyone help please?

Just thought I’d update, the order didn’t actually go though. I rang up and the person I spoke to said it hadn’t even though it shown as complete on website. So I have done it over the phone and will have my new phone tomorrow.

I haven’t got anything in my junk folder either. 

I ordered the iPhone 12 in black. I’m getting worried now thinking I will be charged an extra phone.
