I have been trying to upgrade my mobile for days, I am eligible and every time I get to the last part of the checkout it says maintenance underway, it dosent matter what time of the day it is?

@Ab80  have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This is the same when you call you can’t really upgrade I upgraded last month still on the waiting list due to shortage of chips
