Hello,
I did an upgrade for my Mum on the telephone and arranged for it to be delivered on Friday, we confirmed that she would be in with the appropriate ID. Just spoken with my Mum and she told me that the person delivering said they were from EE and they had come to offer a set up service, the person then came into the house with the order and set the phone up. The phone is legitimate and from EE, however I’m really concerned as we were completely unaware that this was happening. The person tried to sell my parents additional lines and things like insurance. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi @acarmelm
When you upgraded did you order EE super fast delivery service.
They may have advised about insurance/extra line but these points maybe misinterpreted. If you were unhappy with this service then you can complain.
