Hi, so I have upgraded my phone via logging into my account on the website. I had paid the upfront fee also. What happens in regards to swapping the phone I have now for the new one im getting as I am on one off the plans where u can swap after so long for free. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Please note the phone is suppose to be being delivered too myself.
