Hi,
I know it's weird times and all but just wondering how you can charge £80 for an early upgrade that states usually shipped in 1 day and I'm still waiting for my order to be processed???
First tried to upgrade on 1st of Jan.
Obviously I understand its not going to be normal service, but to have not even been given confirmation is unacceptable to me.

What model phone did you order, including colour and size?
Did you receive a confirmation email when you placed your order?
Also, did you make the payment for the early upgrade fee when you placed your order?

@Rach97phelps Your order might not of even gone through, it would be best to call customer services about this as you should of had a automatic reply once you did order. The early upgrade fee is to pay off your current contract as you are upgrading before your upgrade period. And it says usually ships in one day not that it will ship in one day.
