Having committed to an upgrade online I’ve been asked to call to confirm my order. A 25 minute wait and when I do get through I’m cut off by the operator. I don’t know call me back they have my number they know I’ve called. They want to keep me as a customer but they don’t wanna look after me. Why should I just go to another network they will welcome me with open arms

No one is going to call you back so you are just going to need to call again.
Yes any competitor will welcome you with open arms but you'll have the same issue calling them with less staff working due to regulations on social distancing

I appreciate your reply, you’ll be delighted to know that they actually did call me and scheduled a time for it to take place. Apparently if they cut you off halfway through a call they are meant to call you back although I suspect it doesn’t happen very often
