Upgrade + iPhone 13

I am due to upgrade today as the iPhone 13 comes out should I log in and go to upgrade or pre order? I have already pre-registered interest.

I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max when it was available on EE, so 2 approx. 2 months.
