Upgrade disappointed

I have ordered a new phone and I’m waiting for it to be despatched I work nights so can’t call during the day . I have a slight hearing problem so thought it would be easy to order my phone on line . Oh no !! Not so easy they won’t despatch until I call and it’s shut when I’m awake . I have worked all through lockdown and would like a nee phone very disappointed

Welcome back to the community.

 

Did you get an email to say that you needed to call a specific number?

 

Our Customer Care team are open from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, and 8am - 8pm on weekends.

But it is difficult for me to call as my wife usually deals with the account
