Upgraded my sim plan, recieved a confirmation email saying If you’re just upgrading your plan, we won’t need to send you a new SIM in the post. We’ll update the one you’re already using. SIM still hasn't updated 5+ hours later

I would recommend allowing up to 24 hours for your new plan to come into effect.
