I have tried to upgrade my sim only package through the website and although it said a new sim is not necessary to access the new package, my ee still says that I am eligible for an upgrade and I haven't recieved any emails about it being processed?

@jacobw17 You need to allow 24 hours for it to swap over to the new tariff. If it’s not done by tomorrow give customer services a call.
