Trade in upgrade

Hey everyone,

 

I’m looking to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 Pro through the ‘trade in’ plan which lowers your monthly bill amount (‘Save £15 a month with trade in’).

The phone I’m looking to trade in is in great working condition but does have the normal wear and tear in terms of small scratches and that.


I’m wondering whether EE can change my monthly price after the they have received my phone and it has been valued? 

Just a little wary of these trade in schemes and don’t want to be left with a more expensive contract than planned.

@NathanBouchet  Wear and tear is fine.   Broken screen and dents are not.
