I last used this phone on jan 1st 2021 when I sent a text message. Can't receive any calls now. Is there anyway I can get this working? I have tried phoning 150 from my mobile and it said Number not available from this network. tried using the customer support on this website didn't work. tried topping up my phone on this site and it doesn't seem to accept my number.
I would rather not lose this number.

Sounds like it has gone into hibernation & you have about 2 months to get it out.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

If I try calling 150 it says calls to this number are not being connected. What can I do?

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
