Spend Cap, barred chargeable services

Hi I forgot I had a spend cap of £0 and entered a SMS competition. I got the text through to say “as you have a spend cap we’ve now barred some chargeable services”. I’ve just added a £5 spend cap but wanted to know does that mean the text message competition hasn’t been charged do I need to send the messages again? Thanks

@Gemworgie  Yes you do,  because you had a £0 spend cap it wouldn’t allow the message to be sent as it’s a chargeable text.    You’ll be charged to send this messages and that fee will be set by the company running the competition.
