Sim upgrade

Hi

ive just done a sim upgrade online.

ive gone with the web exclusive deal of unlimited data, calls and texts for £27 and also had the confirm email but when I log into my account app it says I now have only 45GB of data (17GB left til the 15th) But noted that my contact starts from today 3/4/20 til 3/4/21

before I upgraded I was on a sim deal where I had 100GB every month along with unlimited calls and texts.

I have done the same thing i saw online the £27 monthly unlimited Internet, calls and text, I've got an email saying they will text me when my new plan comes into play but I'm still on my old sim only deal which is 40gb a month and I upgraded on the 26th March 2020 and still nothing has changed but it says I'm on the new plan but I'm still on the old one please help

Do you know when your billing date is?

 

Could you log out of your account, then log back in and see if you're on the right plan?

Hi and my billing date is the 9th of every month and I have logged out and log back in but still nothing and it says I'm on my new plan but when I go to the home page and it come up saying I have 38 gb out of 40 but my new plan is unlimited everything if I can get an email address I can send a screen shot if that makes life easier
