I’m due an upgrade and want to take a sim only contract but you only seem to offer sim only for 5G compatible phones. Can’t I get a 4g sim only upgrade?
The SIM can connect to 4G/3G networks too - don't worry - offering a 5G only SIM would be next to useless as there's barely any 5G about, compared to 4G
