Hi
EE are promoting 3 months free fiit offer if you buy the watch between 1st and 31st December 2020 worth £45 and say to join scan the qr code that came with the watch or enter the unique code to apply.
The qr code that came with my watch will not scan (as its too small) and I have no unique code to enter online so was wondering if anyone else had the same issue and if it was sorted.
Ive spoken to cs but they said the relevant team would be in touch but heard nothing.

but there systems are down and I need to wait for a call back. This is
proving rather difficult to claim something so prominently advertised on
your store. Most people would give up by now, it shouldn't be this
difficult 😞
It's worth 45 so it's an offer that attracted me to purchase. Can this be
resolved please?

another department so again it is a case of waiting. However why couldn't
the advisor yesterday had sent this email already, I appreciate its Xmas
and Covid, but it is frustrating. Anyway let's see if and when it gets
resolved. Thanks
