SIM deactivated

i was on PAYG and switched to pay monthly. I wanted to take my number with me so caled tech support who said it wold switch over but i would have a temporary number for a few hours. but it's been 24 hours and now it seems both my old and new SIMs have been deactivated so i don't have any phone at all other than wifi.

There isn't any account access on these public forums, I can only suggest calling EE C/S on 0800 0798586 from any working phone.

 

They should be able to advise further.

Thanks - i was hoping there was an wasy solution that I was missing, but I'll wait for someone else's phone to be available.
