S21 series trade-in deals

Hi Everyone,

 

Just new to this community and would love to hear your thoughts or experience regarding the S21 upgrade deals. I was told by EE customer service that if I trade my S9+, it will be valued at 500£. Does anyone of you grab a deal like this, and was it worth it and hassle-free? I hope someone can share their experience with this deal.
