Morning Team,
I ordered the above mentioned device 3 weeks ago, there's been no useful updates on the order tracker... apart from "it's on track".
I appreciate we're in a world of semiconductor shortages and supply chain delays, but is there an ETA on the handset?

Welcome to the community.
If you're unable to get an update on the order tracker, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

I have the same issue. I've tried calling but they just to see what it says on the website and don't give any useful information

I spoke with customer care yesterday... Not super useful, they advised me to cancel the order or look for an alternative handset?!
They couldn't see any stock levels for the S21 Violet 256Gb and quoted its "probably not coming in" - Odd! 🙃
