Hi..I recently upgraded my s10 to s21 and was told I would receive a returns pack..I got a text saying if I don't return it by the 12th February I'll be charged..as of yet of week later I have still not received my pack to send it back..are there delays on them due to covid and if so would I be given more leeway with getting it back to you as its not my fault I haven't received the pack to send it.
Failing that is there not an option to print out a returns label and post it back off my own accord?
I know the 12th is 8 days away but it's not that long really
