EE sent DPD to collect my phone for a repair.
I had been promised a replacement phone in the meantime.
They didn't send one and I can't call EE as I don't have a phone.
Can anyone advise how to live chat with an EE representative to check what is going on?

EE's contact us page includes numbers you can use to call EE from any other UK phone.
I'd recommend use of 0800 0798586
