I have lost my device I am not sure if I am insurance am I able to get a new device

Hi @Tam202 and welcome to the community
You should call EE C/S on 150 (or 07953 966250 from another phone) to report your phone lost.
The C/S agent you speak to, can confirm whether you have EE insurance or not.
