Hi, I am also having this issue. EE are telling me HR need to give me a code but my HR say that met have no codes and it’s a technical issue at EEs end. I am due an upgrade so would really appreciate any assistance to help me access my perks account. Thanks

Hi, I have this same issue. I have tried changing my password, re registering which doesn’t work as it says I already have an account. I’ve spoken to your technical team this morning who told me to get a code from my HR dept. My HR tel me they have no codes snd it a technical issue with EE. I am due an upgrade next week and really need this sorted out as I can’t access my account. Can you help please?

Which error message do you see when trying to login?

It says I did not verify my email within the time frame and my account has been deregisteted. However, if I try and re register it tells me I already have an account.

If your account was deactivated we'll need to reset it so you can re-register.
