Re: Mobile data temporarily turned off by operator for sim 1?

My phone has just sent three messages all saying no mobile data service - temporarily turned off by your operator (EE) why has this happened and how long for ??  Anyone know

still happening yet on this community page it states my problem has been solved.... it hasn't I don't have access to internet and now unable to make calls ??

If you start your own posts with a description of what your issues are, you have control over when to mark your post as solved. The post you originally responded to, was someone elses, and they'd marked it as solved.

 

In terms of your specific issue, this can often be caused by a local network issue which you can check for using the coverage & status checker here 

 

If there is nothing reported, then are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Have you tried restarting your phone?

 

And can you make & receive voice calls? All of these checks may help narrow down the source of your issue.

Tried all of the solutions, making sure all updates had been done, switched on and off again, tried all of that over the last hour and still receiving the same message, not sure what else I can try

 

I am in Cardiff CF3 postcode at work

No there were no issues in the area that were reported.  Luckily once I left work and got home, everything was back up and running, so thanks to all those who answered and tried to help much appreciated 🙂
