Re: Early upgrade fee

HI there, I have just seen this on my account and I was trying to upgrade. I rang EE and they said it was an error so they can not honour the said deal unless I traded in my S10 and when on a 'smart' plan which was more expensive than the one I wanted! Not happy 😞

No apparently it is an error. I explained that they should really honour it but with no joy. I have put in a complaint though so may be worth you doing that too.

Yes it does, it states there is still an early upgrade fee to be paid.

Does the text or email show an end date for the offer?

The offer was on the homepage when I log into MyEE, with no end date, it just states 'Treat yourself to a 100% discount on an Early Upgrade fee'
