I ordered online from EE a power adapter for my Iphone in November I paid £24.99 and we are in March and I received nothing. I can't use my Iphone but I'm paying monthly £54 at EE. I'm very disappointed and disgusting about the EE services. I have called, sent emailsc, discuss on chat , nothing happened nobody can't help me they can't find nothing in system . How is possible? No power adapter no refund no nothing . It's very strange!

I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they can look into the history of your account and see what has happened.
