anyone try Playstation store Add Funds to Wallet bill by mobile?
i try add £20 but keep "An error has occurred. Please try again."
I check my ee account , don't have a Spend Cap.

is add on accessories include in monthly charge to mobile limit.

Yes, Customer Care an check your monthly spend so far. Add to plan accessories are not included in your charge to mobile limit.

I’m having same issue not been able to add funds using mobile which I’ve done for years why all of a sudden do I get something went wrong error message

@James_B hi I’m having same issue and nobody over phone can figure out why as I don’t have any restrictions but when customer services asked me to type UNBAR to 150 the messages I got back was that they can’t lift the third party bar and to contact 150 but when I spoke to them about it I don’t have a third party bar on so I’m infused of what is going on

@James_B hi thanks for the reply no I haven’t used any over, I’ve spoke to a few people over phone whom can’t seem to understand why it won’t work
