Plan ran out in May this year but still not eligible for an upgrade?

Hi! 

So May 2021 is the date my plan was up, I thought I'd be able to upgrade at some point but it says I'm not eligible? I pay monthly, bills up to date! Any ideas on why this is??

So you're completely out of contract? What does it say when you text UP to 150?
