I order a Google Pixel 5 yesterday and set the allocated delivery to 8.00-10.00am today (21-01-21) and I haven't received anything and when I go to check my order delivery status I get:
"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."
I've had a 'Successful EE Order' Email but nothing since then.

You'll get a text confirming your delivery slot once it is ready to be delivered.
If the order tracker isn't tracking your order, the only way to get an update is to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
