I ordered an Iphone 11 pro and made the payment in advance of 50 quid. When I called to confirm the data, they told me I had to pick a phone that the monthly payment was up to 55. So I did and I chose Iphone 11 out of 256GB and paid for it 49. Plus the 50 quid of the iPhone 11 I was denied, he hasn't returned to my account yet. During the IPhne 11 data confirmation I asked if I was coming back and told me that in a week. It's been over 10 days and the money hasn't come back to my account.

There is no account access on these forums. You will need to call EE CS on 150 about this issue.
