The EE Ps5 promotion is nothing more than a profit making SCAM.
EE have proven that today by treating their most loyal customers with total contempt!
”New” customers have logged in and have been allowed to purchase Ps5’s within seconds of logging in!
Fool me once EE shame on you!

Whats the point of registering interest in a PS5 if you do not receive any notification, priority or email when in stock online.
Disappointed! I'm a Exiting customer for almost 7yrs .
Anyone else having these frustration ?

I think you raise a good point, 7 yrs with EE, I registered interest and didn't receive a notification, any form of priority or email.
Rubbish Customer service tbh

Thanks for that useless advice, that's a regurgitation of whats online already, this advice doesn't resolve the issues raised by your loyal customer for several year.
No Notifications given
No Priority for existing long-term customers
No Email Notifications
I have a full contract and are eligible for anytime, this means absolutely nothing !
sorry but EE have frustrated ke on how their dealing with this !

If you have not been contacted after registering your interest, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150. They can check your marketing preference's are turned on.
