I have a SIM only contract and am looking to replace my current mobile. The existing one has a MicroSIM but as I understand it most new mobiles require a NanoSIM. I assume EE will replace the SIM in these circumstances but I am wondering exactly how the transfer of service would happen. I don't want to lose connectivity for any longer than necessary so can anyone tell me exactly how the change is meant to occur?
Thanks.

Hello @rodneyf ,
Welcome to the community,
Depending how old your SIM card is, you may find that the nano sim in the micro sim can be separated from it, as that is how they come now.

Thanks so much, Schockwave. Have taken SIM out and you are absolutely right. The NanoSim can be pushed out fairly easily from the looks of things. Great advice.
