Please advise, showing 'no sim' in top corner next to WIFI

  • What device do you have and where did you buy it?
  • Have you tried restarting your device?
  • Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?
  • Have you checked EE Network Status Checker?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
