I ordered and paid for a new phone on 3 Nov 21 for next day delivery. There is no sign of it, there has been no email or text updates, and the EE website says it is not possible to show a delivery date. The DPD website won't work without a consignment order number, which EE haven't given me.
If I call the EE number I get a load of digital options, none of which is what I want. Just let me speak to a human.
