On the 4th October I upgraded my sim only plan to a plan that was £23 a month but with an EE perk discount it was £18.40, I have been billed for the £23 and had a confirmation email stating that it will be £23 a month
This is also meant to come with BeatsX headphones for free but there is no sign of this
@Jameskemp You should receive a text around 14 days after you take out this tariff to claim the headphones. You’ll need to speak with customer services about the discount not being applied if you applied it at check out.
