New phone order

Hi just ordered a phone online yesterday and wondered if anyone can help me out.

i paid the phone upfront and agreed to the monthly plan and the order went through and took my upfront money , I got a email saying it had gone through but after that I keep getting emails saying it’s still in my basket ?? Anyone else had this issue ?
