New Galaxy Watch 4g

Hi, I have just received the new watch direct from Samsung. I went through the process of setting the watch up using the Galaxy wearable app, which included registering for a monthly Watch plan with EE as an add-on.  However, it hasn’t linked the Watch to my mobile number, just added a number I don’t recognise to my account (presumably the e-sim number in the watch). How can I get this sorted please? Thanks.

@matcross   That’s what it will do.  The watch has its own number so you have data on the watch.  Any calls/texts to your phone will also come through on the watch.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I kind of understand that, but I got a bit concerned about some old posts here suggesting problems with linking the numbers. Nothing comes through when the devices are out of Bluetooth range. Maybe the mobile signal’s not strong enough here to be picked up by the Watch.  My account also has ‘unknown device’ against the Watch plan. I’ll find a good signal area and test it a bit more.
