Need to order a replacement SIM without Photo ID or a phone

Lost my phone and need to order a new SIM card as I have a spare phone handy but I don't have any valid photo ID so can't get one in-store

@kevdbrown21  Then you need to call customer services so one can be posted to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

To report the lost SIM card, please call us on 07953 966 250, our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.

I don't have a phone to call anyone on. The spare phone I have doesn't have a SIM card in. Is there no online way to do this?

Sorry you would need to call us to organise a new SIM card to be sent to replace the lost SIM.
