Very slow Internet at my holiday home, great coverage going by the signal checker. Get full 4g no problem but actually using Internet either through my phone or wireless router is very poor. I switched from 3 network hoping to be impressed....sadly not.

Are EE phones in the same location having similar problems?
I'd recommend a check of the coverage & status tool in the first instance, using "check status" to lookup known issues. This lets you register for updates on existing issues 😉
If there aren't any issues reported, the tool lets you send a report for further investigation.

Yes the status checker does say there is an issue, 3 days ago it was a fix inside 16 hours.
No change up to now.

So apparently the issue is resolved, afraid no improvement on the speed test 0.4 ish.
Would like to know why this post code is a dead spot as just up the road NR29 3QW is ridiculous for mobile Data speed 168mbps.

Yes re started both phone and router, been an ongoing issue for a while.
Think all networks struggle here to be honest.
