My phone has been stolen

Does anybody know my full warranty package will cover a replacement phone and sim? Also my phone is still within its 12 month warranty

I'm sorry to hear your phone has been stolen.

 

Your warranty wouldn't cover a replacement for a stolen phone.

 

Do you have insurance?

 

Have you reported the theft with Customer Care so they can cancel your SIM and blacklist the phone?
