- I have just done a upgrade for a new phone and plan as I was on a sim only one which was for £12.54 before I upgraded I have just looked at my plan details and I don't understand the part where it says July payment is £59.00 as I have already paid for July and August on the 23rd that is my payment date could you advise please.

Hello it is an Essential plan for 10gb of data and unlimited texts and unlimited minutes it was £59.00 but that price part was crossed out and it is for £51.50 as I have a £7.50. Discount on my EE account that is what the helpful EE lady said that this is what it would be per Month I have added insurance that is £10.80 so the whole bill will be £62.30.per month hope this helps
