Missing iPhone 12? Going to move to O2

I've been waiting a month for my new iPhone and getting no information from EE...no one answers the phone.

 

How do I cancel my order?

 

My partner is with O2 and received theirs within a couple of days. If anyone has any better solutions I'd be happy to hear?

I have now been charged for a phone I don't have? This is ridiculous

@ed_tunnicliffe I feel your pain! I've been waiting 5 weeks for my upgrade iPhone 12 pro! 

 

When you say you've been charged, is it a new contract and they've taken the first monthly payment even though youve not got the phone yet? 😱

I done my upgrade on the 1st December, was told the phone would be dispatched within the next 28 days. Not had an order number etc threw. I've ordered the 12 Pro 128 (I think) GB in graphite.. won't hold my breath for delivery anytime soon?

@Tammy1707 no I wouldn't. You may be lucky but I ordered my 12 pro graphite 256gb on the 4th November and still waiting...

@CraigT77  wow! That is some wait. I have the smaller GB  I think its 128 I can't remember to be honest. Does anyone actually know what the hold up is? I'm changing over to iPhone from having Samsung, I need to go and buy a plug as well, as the iPhone doesn't come with one?

@Tammy1707 Apple have been caught out by the demand and they have issues with some chip shortages apparently. I'm moving from Samsung/Android too so yea I need a usb c plug lol

I honestly thought my friend was having me on when they told me to get a plug, I rang EE and was.confirmed to by my own haha. See when I rang for my upgrade the person I spoke with on the phone told me that apple had a lorry stollen with millions of phones, and now its a mad dash to restolk again. I've been keeping an eye on the community for chat, doesn't seem to be anything on the device I've ordered. Madness this though

That lorry was in the news!! It probably hasn't helped things lol
