I ordered the silver iPhone 12 pro max over two weeks ago and today I got a message saying my phone will be with me soon. Any idea how long it will take to come?

yeh once u get dpd text it will be very soon u receive it u wont be dissapointed the silver is absolutly beautiful

I’ve tried to track it but it says it’s not possible. I have also not had a text or email off of DPD only a text off EE saying my order will be with me soon.

Which memory size did you choose and what date did you order?

The 128 gb iPhone 12 pro max in silver and I ordered it on the 30th November.

The current guidance for that model is to expect dispatch within 28 days, @Ellie234.

We'll send out the phones in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.

Sorry, @Elli2e34. I should have been clearer. I meant for customers ordering today, the current guidance is that it will be dispatched within 28 days.

We're sending them out in the order in which the orders were placed.

Hopefully yours will be there soon.
