Iphone 12 pro max

So I placed an early upgrade yesterday over the phone for the iPhone 12 Pro max 256gb in graphite was told the phone was in stock and would be despatched within 1 day and promised  I would definitely get my new phone today which I can't track due to having an account number and not a order number,, also no text from dpd,,

Then got a email about sending my other device back to which it's the wrong device they have it down as a Samsung note ultra when its a Samsung s20 ultra 5g and couldn't give me an explanation as to why this has happened anyone else had this,, when I look on ee site it still shows the phone I wanted in stock and despatch in 1 day so I'm mega confused

Dispatched in 1 day which will be tomorrow and delivery on Sunday I’m sure dpd deliver on Sunday if not Monday

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update on this.

I have spoken  with customer services who are actually useless and don't have a clue as the phone is still showing in stock and ready to despatch within 1 day I ordered it Thursday and still nothing,, even after I was promised I would receive it Friday,, think ee customer services need to drop the promise bit if they cannot fulfil orders on days they said they was going to arrive!!! 

Had to ring customer services again when I get a email for my old device to be returned and its clearly the wrong device they was expecting back as on the email it states a Samsung note ultra when I don't even have a Samsung note its a Samsung s20 ultra 5g,, so had to sort that,, now I am promised it could be Monday but no guarantee so could be Tuesday or Wednesday!!! 

Totally unhappy with the service with ee haven't a clue why they promise u,, why not just say we are extremely busy and we will get it to u as quick as possible

Now I have got a text message saying thank you for ur order and my old device needs to be returned by the 26/12/20 what the heck i don't even have my new one yet and no date of when it's even going to arrive,, its Christmas time so post is going to be a mega overload and they want the device back 1 day after Christmas 

Feel like just cancelling the whole order paying the remaining on my current and going else where!!!
