Iphone 12 pro delivery

Good afternoon all, 

Like many of you on here (from reading the posts), i placed my order on the 30.10.20 for the Iphone 12 pro 128GB (approx 10:00am) over the telephone. At the point of transaction, i was told it would be with me within 14 days(max).  I have asked several times (via the phone & online chat) as to when it would be delivered...with NO real answer! This week it is now saying expected delivery between 25th - 30th November 20. If that’s the case, it will be an entire month before i get my “new” phone... Any help, would be greatly appreciated 🙂 thank you..

I'm in the same boat, I ordered mine on the 29/10/2020. Had no update what so ever.

It was the Iphone 12 pro in pacific blue & the storage was 128 GB.

The estimated delivery guidance changed just after you placed your order from 'expect dispatch within 14 days' to 'expect dispatch within 21 days'.

 

I'm sorry it hasn't arrived within the timescale you were given. As soon as your order is ready for delivery, DPD will be in touch with you.

 

If you'd like to discuss or amend your order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150.

It’s a shame that nobody bothered to update me after the sale until this week (even though you said it happened “just after my transaction”. I have had to constantly call & chase for any kind of info!
Furthermore, i would speak to the “Customer Care Team” if i got through without being cut off (4 times this week) or being told to log on-line & raise a query via EE chat! In the last week or 10 days, i have spent a lot of my time on the phone to EE 

IPhone 12 pro 256g pacific blue order confirmed 29/10/2020.

I've had no updates whatsoever regarding timescale increasing from 14 to 21 days after order was confirmed

You'd only really need to speak to them if you're looking to amend your order. We'll deliver it as soon as we can.

 

I'm sorry, I read the date wrong on your post. The delivery guidance was changed on the 28th October, before you ordered, so you should have been advised 21 days.

How did you order yours?

 

Yours is a different memory size to @Raj88's. The delivery estimate on the website for yours was also updated on 28th October to 'expect dispatch within 21 days'.

I did an early upgrade over the phone, that was when it was stated 14 days expected delivery, I know there's been high demand for the iPhone but changes in waiting times should be made aware to the customers waiting for there new handset and having to scroll through the community page to shed light as customer service so far on 150 has been seriously unhelpful, as far as I was aware I was expecting a text any moment from dpd. Which as you could kmagine would cause frustration.
