This delivery situation is ridiculous! I get an update saying delivery between the 9th and the 14th December then on the 9th it reverts back to awaiting confirmation!!!!
So frustrating and over 7 years with a network you’d think there’d be a little more information especially as been waiting for over 4 weeks now!😤

ive just spoke to them via live chat. order not due today so unsure why they said it was last night. also due to security cant send me any email confirmation. gave me a order number but that just says cant track this item

strange i spoke to them not long ago he gave the tracking number i put in dpd website and its heading to me today i did hear that if its an upgrade they were taking longer to do mines is an additional line not sure if thats the difference
