I have been waiting for my Iphone 12 Pro Gold for almost a month now after receiving an email on 19th Nov saying my order is on its way I am still yet to receive this and my tracking just says awaiting confirmation. The other day on tracking it actually said it was coming between 16th and 22nd however this has since changed back to awaiting confirmation. I have also been speaking with EE Chat who have said I was supposed to receive it last week and the week before. I am just looking for an update as I haven't received anything via email.

No problem, it’s just strange because I’ve been told on live chat that they are back in stock and it would be arriving this week and this was the past 2 weeks so I’m unsure what’s happened. As it’s nearly 30 days ago now that’s all.
