How to unlink Britbox and EE accounts

Does anyone know how I can unlink my EE and Britbox accounts? I had a 6 month trial but want to use a different payment method on Britbox but it’s saying to manage it through EE. I don’t currently have an active Britbox subscription with EE so I’m not sure how I can unlink the two accounts
