Can i swop my Phone from ee to another. Carrently i have Huawei mate 20x 5g and i would like to get different one as i dont really like this one.

Hi @daro2913 

 

If you purchased online or over the phone and you are within 14 days then yes you can cancel your upgrade. If not then no you cannot change your device unless you pay off your remaining contract term.
