Recieved an additional line phone on Monday and it isn't connecting to 4g. I have put the sim card into my other phone (iPhone 11) and it seems to be connected fine. I have put the sim card from my iPhone into the Google Pixel 4a and the same thing happens. It just keeps saying H+ whatever that means :S. It can't be a network thing as my iPhone is working fine on 4g and they are both in the same location.
